The problem

Asrein had grown to 27,000 clients sitting in EvoBeauty, their booking system. Every month, hundreds slipped through the cracks. No birthday message. No nudge after a skipped appointment. No reward for a fifth visit. The team knew the data was there. It just was not doing anything.

What we did

Asrein rolled out fidel.club at their location in Q2 2026. A tablet at reception runs the kiosk in their brand colours, with their logo. Clients scan the rotating QR at check-in and check-out. The system logs visits, adds points, sends the reward email when a client crosses a threshold, and quietly reaches out again at 30, 60 and 90 days of silence.

What happened

In the first six months, return visits went up by about a third. Roughly one in four dormant clients replied to a reactivation email and booked again. The extra revenue I could attribute in Q2 alone was around €8,200. More than a year of the Pro plan paid back in six weeks.

"We finally see which clients are drifting away before they are gone. The system quietly does the work our team never had time to do."
